The FoH Top Five Responsibilities
- Serving safe food that looks and tastes delicious
- Creating an inviting in-restaurant and digital experience where guests look forward to coming back
- Achieving excellent throughput, (the end result of making sure everything is in place to serve guests in a timely manner)
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Leading the shift and team when you’re the senior manager on duty
