Chipotle UK is looking for people to join our ever-growing community and be part of the movement at our brand-new restaurant opening in Guildford this summer.

Our service leaders understand what it takes to deliver an excellent guest experience, run a great shift and train great people. Our Service Leaders have a lot of responsibility so, to keep things real, we have kept it simple with our SM Top Five.

The FoH Top Five Responsibilities

  1. Serving safe food that looks and tastes delicious
  2. Creating an inviting in-restaurant and digital experience where guests look forward to coming back
  3. Achieving excellent throughput, (the end result of making sure everything is in place to serve guests in a timely manner)
  4. Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
  5. Leading the shift and team when you’re the senior manager on duty
